Water.

Lose 5 pounds of water in 7 days (The heathy way) by Jillian Michaels

-60 Ounces of purified water.
-1 tablespoon of sugar free cranberry juice.
-2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
-1 packet of dandelion root tea.

Drink 60 ounces everyday for for seven days.

Heres hoping this really works! I'm on day two and gained 3.1 pounds.
